Crestpoint Companies is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a Hilton-branded limited-service hotel in the Cincinnati market.

We are looking for someone who understands that being a successful GM is about more than keeping the hotel running. This person will be responsible for the overall performance of the property, including guest satisfaction, team development, revenue growth, sales, expense management, and profitability.

The right candidate will be comfortable understanding and managing a P&L and will take ownership of both the top and bottom line. We want a GM who is willing to get out into the community, develop relationships with local businesses, attend Chamber and networking events, pursue LNR and corporate accounts, and look for new opportunities to bring business into the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel
\n
• Recruit, train, develop, and hold the team accountable
\n
• Maintain strong Hilton brand standards and guest satisfaction
\n
• Understand and actively manage the hotel's P&L
\n
• Monitor labor and operating expenses while protecting the guest experience
\n
• Work closely with revenue management to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and room revenue
\n
• Develop local negotiated rate (LNR) and corporate accounts
\n
• Conduct regular sales calls and visits to businesses throughout the market
\n
• Build relationships through Chamber, community, and local networking activities
\n
• Develop and execute plans to improve revenue and profitability
\n
• Maintain a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Hotel management experience; GM experience strongly preferred
\n
• Hilton experience is a plus
\n
• Strong understanding of hotel financials and P&L management
\n
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
\n
• Sales-minded with a willingness to personally develop local business
\n
• Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor costs, and profitability
\n
• Hands-on leadership style
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to take ownership and operate the hotel as a business
\n
