Job Description
Sales Operations Manager (OnSite in Los Angeles - remote on Fridays)
Compensation: $110-130K + discretionary bonus
Ready to make a measurable impact on how a sales organization operates?
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations Manager who can connect the dots between sales, data, systems, inventory, and operational execution. This is an opportunity to go beyond reporting—you’ll identify inefficiencies, improve processes, analyze performance, and help ensure orders move smoothly from pricing and inventory through production and delivery.
If you thrive in a fast-moving manufacturing, distribution, building products, or similarly complex environment and enjoy turning data and operational challenges into better processes, this could be an exciting next step.
What makes this opportunity stand out: You’ll have visibility across the business, partner directly with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, and have the opportunity to influence how the sales organization operates and improves.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support a large, established organization with a complex sales and operational environment. This individual will play a key role in improving sales processes, strengthening operational execution, analyzing business performance, and ensuring sales teams have the systems, information, and support needed to effectively serve customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines sales operations experience with strong analytical, systems, and process-improvement capabilities and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, operations, production, inventory, and other business teams.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales operations professional who understands that successful sales operations extend beyond reporting and CRM. You are comfortable working with sales data while also understanding the operational side of the customer lifecycle—from pricing and order entry through inventory, production coordination, and delivery.
You can identify where a process is breaking down, use data to determine why, develop a solution, and work across departments to implement it.
