Ideal candidates will bring the following qualifications and experience:

• Hold active SLP licensure and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based experience, preferably with elementary populations
• Proficiency in assessing and treating a variety of communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to organize, track, and report on student progress
• Passionate about supporting students’ educational and social growth

Duties include:

• Conducting evaluations and providing direct therapy services
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with other providers
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Sharing insights with school staff and families as part of a student-centered team
